Once upon a time, Toronto was heralded as one of the most habitable and diverse cities in the world. In 2023, economic instability, political scandal and increasing crime forces the Federal Crown to appoint a City Comptroller to oversee the largest revitalization campaign in the country. When 25-year old Des Robson returns home after a five-year absence – he finds a city militarized, displaced in localized communities outside the City Core, and the unsettling news that his father has mysteriously disappeared.
